Acquiring telecommunications technology services for your business, is either to wade into a complex stew of jargon and techno-speak, or to simply accept the simple offering. Sometimes the simple offering is "good enough" for your needs, sometimes not. It will often work if it's managed correctly at the router.

With a more complex setup, it's very, very easy to not understand "what the deal is". Telecom personnel, the sales and marketing layer, often don't really understand the technology, and inadvertently misrepresent the service capabilities. So ordinary business people who just want to connect reliably and get their work done are simply at the mercy of people who don't understand the technology. It's a mess... and these are usually multi-year contracts - alliances not easily dissolved...

We often serve as a liason between our clients and various telco providers. We have extensive experience negotiating deals between business customers and the telcos, often saving our clients thousands of dollars a year, as well as solving complex technical issues in the design phase. This is definitely preferable to fixing a problem after the fact, realizing that the service that's been contracted for is not really the ideal solution, or worse yet, that it's the wrong solution from the wrong vendor...
